The committee in charge of making this decision consists of: Ivan Tretiakov, Project Manager, a representative of the SES in the region, and Chief Referee of the race. In case of an air raid warning in Kyiv, the Race is stopped. The Race will be resumed once the air raid warning is lifted (but in any case, only during the daylight hours).
